Great Stay

Amazing property in Coron, Located very near to the city yet far away from the crowd. It is right beside the starting point of Mt Tapyas. The room was clean and well maintained. Staff was very sweet all the time and helpful.

The room was a bit smaller, but we stayed for only two nights so it was okay. I personally didn't like the breakfast spread, it could have been better. Thats why I have given 9, If you ignore that then this place is 10/10

Excellent price vs quality hotel in coron to serve as a base for all activities

For the price you pay, the room, breakfast, facilities are great. Tricycle rides offered for free to and from town given hotel is located (as you may have guessed) on a ridge above town. Great addition / benefit. Super friendly staff.

Breakfast is quite basic compared to other hotels.

I love everything about it. The staff we're lovely and they made sure that my stay was comfortable as possible. I also like that they have a service tricycle, which is really great! Since the location is up the hill. "No complaints intended" The view from the 2nd floor is amazing while eating my breakfast.

Great stay.

The staff were so kind. We had a cold welcome drink on arrival. The hotel is in a steep slope & our tricycle is unable to take us up with our luggage. The Ridge picked us up in a tuk tuk for check in. All our luggage were carried to our room. They even provided us free rides to & from the resto when we went down for late dinner. The driver extended his working hours for us. Breakfast al fresco has a sea view. They have the best fried danggit-silog. What is there not to like?

Maybe bigger sink to accommodate our toiletries. No elevator.

The hotel is located in the center of Coron, all activities, restaurants and bars can easily be reached by foot. The rooms are comfortable, clean and have powerful AC! The staff were incredibly attentive, helpful and went out of their way to make our stay unforgettable. Thank you!

All the staff are lovely and helpful. Great views from the room as well. The bed was super comfy with lots of nice little touches to the room. Included breakfast, which my partner claimed was the best pancakes he's had the whole trip. The location is away from the main street but still within walking distance we felt very safe walking to and from at night. Enjoyed our stay here :)

Good

The staff were amazing! They were really helpful and helped me organize all of my day trips + drivers. The food was also good (not a lot of options but I didnt mind). The hill was not that bad for me but if you have any physical disability then I wouldn't recommand. The common areas were nicely decorated and the second floor had a nice view

The facilities weren't the best. There were multiple power outages everyday I was there (mainly in the evening) and each one lasted a few hours .. There is a generator however it does not power the hot water nor does it power the air conditioner. This means I had to take cold showers my entire stay :( There is a fan in the room that did work with the generator, however it was so hot that it didn't really do a lot so I couldn't really sleep until about midnight when the power would come back on. There are also very small bugs and ants in the room (mainly next to the sinkL but I dont think that it was a cleaning issue because the room itself was clean. The hotel is located in nature and is pretty open so I don't think there is anything to do about that.

The room was nice, and even though the room had 2 single beds, they were able to accommodate us and move the beds together. The hotel is centrally located in the town.

The tv wasn't a smart tv and no channels were working, so no point in having it.

Place with a beautiful view, but requires a abit of a climb to get to

Has a beautiful view of the sea from the corridor. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Room was abit dirty when we checked in, we could feel that there was sand and dust on the floor, toilet has also a bad smell. The place is also located at the top of a hill, and can be quite tiring to walk up. Note that the taxis cannot drive up all the way and you would still have to walk some distance up the slope.

Superb

The hotel has a nice location that is quiet but central; you can find many restaurants within 5-10 min walk. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and you can rent a motorbike at the hotel for 500 pesos per day.

The hotel is located on a small hill, so could be a bit challenging when coming back to the hotel, but it's not a big problem in the end.

Great views, spacious room, very clean. Friendly staff. we wanted to be away from the noise of the High Street so achieved that.

Nice staff, they’ll help you out with anything you need. We read from previous reviews that it was situated on a high hill… well, what can I say? it’s 20 meters uphill, very very very doable if you’re not disabled.

Like most hotels in Philippines, not very cozy. Also, with a little more effort they could make it more clean. For example, still a lot of dust on the television or on the shelfs.

The location is pretty good, you are not far from restaurants and bars and also close to the walk up to the coron sign. The room was spacious and clean, with nice views from the balcony. There is a lot of space to sit around and play cards or relax. The short hill that some people complain about is not that bad at all and I would not let it put you off booking.

We booked a couple of tours through the hotel, which was fine and managed to get it a bit cheaper since there were four of us. But the pick-up time made us wait for a long time, with some confusion over which boats we were meant to be on. I am not sure if this is more a reflection on the tour company than the hotel itself. The food is not that great and would recommend heading into town for breakfast or meals. There is a lot of space, including the rooftop but I think it could do with improving to make it more inviting.
